where are you located?

During the Spring/Summer I spend most of my time in Central North Carolina. During the Winter/Fall I travel quite constantly, so I can be harder to find then. But it’s also the best time for me to come to you to film something.

Who are you? Who makes up “shibby pictures?”

Shibby Pictures is [usually] just me, Jak. I collaborate with a lot of people for a lot of different things, but all of the managing of Shbby Pictures’ website/channels, store, and film production has always fell on my shoulders.

Can I book you to do a screening?

I’ve slowed down on the touring/film screening thing I used to do between 2013-2018, but am still happy to do screenings upon request. I have everything I need to do a screening, so let me know where to go!

Will you do a music video for me/my band?

The videos you see ("Shibby Pictures videos") are made out of a place of pure creative interest. It is how I express myself, and if I'm not constantly doing it, I feel like I have nothing to live for.

Please don't be upset or offended if I don't have time or cannot follow through on a collaboration you reach out about, I barely have time to film the people that I am close with as it is! Now, if you want to HIRE me as a person, and not as "Shibby Pictures," then you are basically hiring my body and mind for however many hours it takes to film whatever you have in mind. To be honest, I try to avoid this because I don't want the thing that makes me feel like a normal person become something close to a job. In that instance, I finish editing the movie, and send it to you to do whatever you want with it. That's not a "Shibby Pictures video" that's a video of exact quality made by a guy named Jak!
