The Red Sox play Chicago at Wrigley Field for the first time in almost 90 years. The last time the two teams met was in the 1918 World Series, in a game the Red Sox won behind the solid pitching of Babe Ruth.
Not sure what this is from, but it’s incorrect. The first time the Red Sox played at Wrigley field since 1918 was June 10, 2005. How do I know? Cause I was fucking there. Also, that picture is from game 3 on June 12th, because Tim Wakefield pitched that day. He didn’t even play in 1986.
